We are located at 201-160 Dougall Road South, on the second floor of The Dougall Building in Kelowna Trauma Therapy.
Please note we require least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment, or you may be subject to a cancellation fee as per our Cancellation Policy.
We do not accept WCB patients, and Kenzie does not accept ICBC patients, if you have an open ICBC case, please book with Kirsten.
There is free parking on the street, or in any of the Kelowna Trauma Therapy - Client parking.
We are a paperless office. We offer patient receipts and invoices via email or text only. For patient payment options, we offer direct billing, charges through card on file, e-transfer, or cash.

Sylvannah Densmore graduated with honours from ITC Kikkawa College in 2021. A fascination with the mind-body connection and a desire to support others in finding time to rest, rejuvenate and live life in good health inspired her to become an RMT. She uses her slow, steady hands to soften tension and ease stress. She has completed continuing education in Craniosacral therapy and some basic Osteopathic techniques. Her treatment style brings an adaptable and non-judgmental approach to a wide variety of conditions. In conjunction with massage, she delights in sharing her knowledge and empowering clients to care for themselves with more awareness of the body and movement habits. In her leisure time she can be found biking, gardening, meditating and studying astrology.

Ross Grimm
Ross graduated from OVCMT in Vernon in 2024. During his previous career as a bricklayer, massage therapy and therapeutic exercise served a huge role in maintaining his physical wellbeing in a high demand job. Through his personal experience with the benefits of massage therapy, he developed a strong belief in a proactive approach to treating various levels of dysfunction. By completing a thorough assessment and assigning specific exercises based on client needs, his goal is to address the root cause of dysfunction before it becomes a larger issue. With his previous experience as a practitioner being in a spa environment, he also understands the value of simply decompressing with a treatment aimed at relaxation, and is happy to meet each client where they are.

Kenzie Pinotti

Kenzie’s journey into massage practice was inspired by her personal history in sports and training. Having experienced injuries, soreness, and related stress first hand, she understands the impact it can have on daily life, and the relief massage can provide.
Kenzie completed an intensive 20 month massage program at Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. She has experience providing massage for tension headaches, TMJ dysfunction, pregnancy, nerve entrapments, disc herniations, chronic pain, sprains, strains, as well as general muscle and joint soreness.
Kenzie is committed to providing her patients a comfortable and safe treatment. She incorporates various techniques such as Swedish, neuromuscular, myofascial release, and joint mobilization’s to help provide relaxation and relief from muscle/joint soreness.
