Welcome to Rutland Registered Massage Therapy - We are so glad you found us :) We are located at 201-160 Dougall Road South, on the second floor of The Dougall Building in Kelowna Trauma Therapy.

  • Please note that we do require at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment, or you may be subject to a cancellation fee as per our Cancellation Policy.

  • We do not accept WCB patients, and Kenzie does not accept ICBC patients, if you have an open ICBC case, please book with Kirsten.

  • There is free parking on the street, or in any of the Kelowna Trauma Therapy - Client parking.

  • We are a paperless office. We offer patient receipts and invoices via email or text only. For patient payment options, we offer direct billing, charges through card on file, e-transfer, or cash.

Kenzie’s journey into massage practice was inspired by her personal history in sports and training. Having experienced injuries, soreness, and related stress first hand, she understands the impact it can have on daily life, and the relief massage can provide.

Kenzie completed an intensive 20 month massage program at Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. She has experience providing massage for tension headaches, TMJ dysfunction, pregnancy, nerve entrapments, disc herniations, chronic pain, sprains, strains, as well as general muscle and joint soreness.

Kenzie is committed to providing her patients a comfortable and safe treatment. She incorporates various techniques such as Swedish, neuromuscular, myofascial release, and joint mobilization’s to help provide relaxation and relief from muscle/joint soreness.
